Not updating all files when sync-state.json is too big

Hello,
Just for information, I committed by mistake Font Awesome in the assets in one of my projects and it's more than 10k files. I deleted it right after and the .ftp-deploy-sync-state.json grew really bigly at +2.5mo because of the countless changes.

After, I made some changes in my project, but it wasn't updated. The logs of the action was mainly the assets changes but not the changes I just did, even if I re-ran the CI.

I deleted .ftp-deploy-sync-state.json and ran the CI again, it worked again

So I think there is something to investiguate
