Cant connect to other obs

Cant connect OBS Remote control to the other pc
Error: Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:4444

Fixed! if you have this problem you have to add the complete IP with the port, on all tutorials i see they just add the port , that dont work for me, i have to add the complete IP and port, example : 192.111.1.11:1111
