Add Admin Pages

basically we need to add back the admin pages and make it accessible from the new UI but before that is done, we need to add all the apis back? (Craig was looking into that part so I'm not 100% up to date on that) - OPEN-2154

the goal of this right now is to make it so we can actually accept agents to the marketplace and add featured users

we can reuse the admin pages we already have but we need to move them in the correct place and make it show in the UI for admins (it seems the admin files are in the correct place but we need to make it so we can access and use them, they are in "frontend/src/app/admin" id say in this dropdown we can just add a admin button

There is plans to update and make the admin pages look better at a later date iirc so we dont really need to change them right now
