Hey guys big fan and thank you for making my life easier however I'm stuck with an issue pertaining to WARNING! All the files previously present in disk X are now missing or rewritten! This is due to me moving a said file from one drive to another but I can't seem to use the force sync empty command either by a bug or an oversight I have made in how to execute the commands.

Also is there a way to notify snap raid that I have purposely deleted a file instead of notifying them of missing files or errors?

Hello, Apologies for leaving this so-long...

you need to "Check the box" for any additional command line options you have typed in, before running the command

If you are overriding a default then put a "+" symbol in front of it:

i.e. in Scrub use +-p new to only check new items since last run.

As for the 2nd part, then running sync: should / will remove the deleted files from it's internal lookup tables
