What's wrong with this STL file?

Orca says there are unsupported layers in this file, but it looks OK on screen in Rhino and is a closed Brep, which means it should slice just fine.

It slices just fine.

Printing may or may not turn out well if you do not follow the suggestion to turn on supports.

Aha! I think I see what my problem was/is. Thanks for checking this out.

When I looked at my slicing results I was not looking at a single layer at a time. But when I do that I see that Orca has put a bunch of solid horizontal layers in where they do not belong.

I specified Vase mode so there should only be one outside loop for everything except the horizontal tops, and these are small enough to not need supports.

Not sure what to do about the internal horizontal layers - maybe stop Vase mode and go with 2 loop perimeters.
