- Add the beginning of certain section the UML navigation is missing: 
the text often says: this class is defined in fig 9.1 with the class is grey. The idea was that the production would copy the figure 9.1 and greyed the class.

- redo the speed comparison once Spur is available.

- migrate to pillar.
