Support auto connect for Muse headbands

Problem

Currently, we support the auto connect feature for devices that are backed by SpeziBluetooth only. This doesn't apply to the Muse platform.

Solution

Find a way to support auto connect for Muse devices out of the box. Ideally this is integrated to work with the preexisting SpeziBluetooth scan modifiers. As this will still live outside of the SpeziBluetooth ecosystem one will need to handle the race condition where we auto connect to Muse and e.g. a Biopot at the same time.
