ScrollView shrinks down DirectoryView (and probably others) in grid layout

When executing the below code you'll see that the the DirectoryView encapsulated in a ScrollView (the right one) will be only shown partially compared to the one without the ScrollView. Am I doing something wrong here or may this be a bug?
