Microsoft's website 'live.com' removes Opfes' popupform

Incident: microsoft's loginpage for hotmail-accounts kills opfes.
Going to live.com you do see the opfes-popupform, but when you click on ...read... the opfes-popupform disappears.

Problem:
So far this looks to be live.com-specific.

Solution:
unknown yet.
