add single indicator view

Create a view for individual indicators.

Will need to handle

• Requests with no geography. (show contextual data, data presentation metadata)
• Requests with a geography provided.

Styling considerations:
For larger displays, it will need to handle both direct links and embeds. It might make sense to limit the size of the indicator card and center it vertically and horizontally.
