Can we provide a
ChangeLog.mdfile to track the changes between wasi minor versions, so that users can track the latest progress and developers can sort out whether they have missed something.For example, recently bump from 0.2.2 to 0.2.3, there are no API changes, only the formatting and spelling in the documentation have been fixed, right?
