It might be worth adding a note for people who have customised the Blend theme and have a different name for their theme.

To make this work with the customised theme edit /modules/addons/darkblend/hooks.php

Find the line: if ($vars['template'] == "blend" ) {

and replace it with if ($vars['template'] == "blend" || $vars['template'] == "[YOUR_THEME]" ) {
