Unable to restore backup

I have resolve the issue the restore backup setting didnt work. I extract the backup remove the entire data folder and replace the folder with previous files and it works. |

I got the server setup using proxmox, and setup using https://community-scripts.github.io/ProxmoxVE/scripts?id=meshcentral.
recently i have tried to upgrade the server but it broke and i wasnt able to return back to the login back. hence i spin up another image, and i ssh to my own server to download the backup. when i restore i dont see all my previous agent and creation inside. anypone able to assist?
