It has been more than a year since RunnerScaleSet mode became GA, but looking at the recent issues and PRs, it seems that triage has not caught up at all.
Even though it is designed to be distinguishable by labels, as users, we have to have some experience to know which maintainer we need to contact, the community version or the official version, which label is the best, which source code is used for which, and so on.
As for Issues and PRs, it may be difficult for the maintainer to figure out.
It is also hard to know what is currently being worked on, so I think it would be better to divide them into repositories.

Hello.
Thanks.
