Self hosted runner version deprecated

Describe the bug
Runner version v2.320.0 is deprecated and cannot receive messages but there has been no information on this being deprecated. Is this expected?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run config.sh to configure the runner
2. Run ./svc.sh install to install runner as a service
3. Run ./svc.sh start to start the service
4. See error

Expected behavior
Self hosted github runner service started and listening for jobs

Runner Version and Platform

v2.230.0 Running on Amazon Linux 2

OS of the machine running the runner? - Amazon Linux 2

What's not working?

An error occured: Error: Forbidden Runner version v2.316.0 is deprecated and cannot receive messages.
Runner listener exit with terminated error, stop the service, no retry needed.

Runner and Worker's Diagnostic Logs
