Added tests to xs2a-impl

Increased unit test coverage for xs2a-impl classes.

Fixed inner structure of Transaction List Response

From now on according to BG specification Account Report type returned as transactions subfield contains _links section not only with account property, but also with paging information.

Fix filters order

From now on, de.adorsys.psd2.xs2a.web.filter.Xs2aLoggingContextFilter will be executed first, then de.adorsys.psd2.xs2a.web.filter.ContentCachingWrappingFilter and then any other XS2A filters.
