Fixed SCA redirect approach with authorisation confirmation request fails if no PSU-ID http header is available in request

From now on, SCA redirect approach with authorisation confirmation request works correctly (authorisation is updated) with no PSU-ID http header is available in request

Migrate to .yaml open API ver 1.3.8 2020-11-06v1

From now on, XS2A uses version 1.3.8 2020-11-06v1 of OpenAPI file provided by the Berlin Group.

Added Confirmation Code step to OAuth Integrated flow

From now on, Confirmation Code step is supported in OAuth Integrated flow.
