I have most segment categories' behavior set to "Manual Skip" because I prefer to decide whether or not I should skip the segment while watching. However, there are times when I start a playlist/queue of some videos to listen to while I'm doing something else. Those are often "rewatches" (hence, the shoutout to #1078 above) but not always.
So, it would be great if there's an easily accessible toggle that says something like "Auto Skip All" that can be used to override the default behavior settings and automatically skip all segments until it's switched off. Maybe something like this:
Alternatively, there could be two (or more?) different behavior presets, and the toggle is used to switch between them. I understand that this will probably require more substantial changes. That's why I went with the first suggestion first.

Instead of a single toggle for all, a drop-down menu with checkboxes for each segment type would be better. A seperate checkbox Remember for this channel could be added too.
This is somewhat related to #1078.
