Powerwall Site Export Limit (min_site_meter_power_kW) setting

In the local Tesla Powerwall API site_info, I can see a value named min_site_meter_power_kW which matches the "Site Export Limit" set in Tesla One.

I would like to be able to see this value in HA and, more importantly, set it/trigger when it changes.

I have a strange situation where something is somehow changing this value every 30 mins and I want to be notified when this happens.
