Why does the os disk of my virtual machine is not destroyed while applying terraform destroy

When applying "terraform destroy" the below states that the "os disk" will be destroyed.But when checking it in the console the os disk exists in the same resource group in Azure

I want to know that "why is the "os_disk" of my VM still exists after applying terraform destroy.Except the "os_disk" everything is destroyed including the "VM","nsg" and "nic".
