Error on screen resize

Yay! I'm so glad you've launched, and am excited I get one of the single-digit issue numbers!

I get an error when I resize the screen! Steps to reproduce:

1. python main.py
2. Resize the window.

Gives the message:

ERR: Unidentified Error

 You speak to me like I can understand you.

Resizing a second time restores the display.

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04, with the xmonad tiling window manager. This could be a bug that's specific to using tiling window managers if it's not showing up elsewhere.

Thanks Paul, I will try and reproduce this! If it turns out to be a tiling window manager thing, well, trying out a tiling window manager would not be the worst outcome :)
