Drop the directory into %USER_HOME%/Documents/Spotify Then, go to the search area in Spotify and type the following in:
spotify:app:pandorify
You will see (hopefully) two lists of information: a list of artists/tracks, and a list of description items You can search for an item or click one of the presented entries to start a radio session.
