Prompt Ansari to Follow Prayer Times with Conversations About Salat

We plan to enable Ansari to retrieve prayer times based on the user's location. After providing prayer times, Ansari should initiate a conversation about Salat. For example, asking, “Have you prayed yet?” or offering reminders about praying in congregation to earn more rewards.
