#26159 is a regression (debatable, maybe could be seen as an improvement) that seems to have happened between 3.0.0 -> 3.1.0. The person reports it as happening in 3.0.1, I could confirm that it happened in 3.1.0 if that's useful. Maybe not a show-stopper for 3.1.0 release but worth a look.

@D3nn3 actually this was reported above and a fix will be available in 3.1.0rc2.
