Proposal a Python Profiler for backend of Apache Superset

Hello,

As Superset has so many Restful APIs to serves, and there isn't any method to see how performance it is. So I want to propose integrating Py-Profiler (https://pypi.org/project/py-profiler/) to Superset

So we cant see which API is process slowly in order optimize.
