Add 'Back to main menu' button.

Perhaps a good idea would be to add the button 'Back to Main Menu'.
Now, when I read the chapter I must undo using my browser. It will be really user-friendly. I can do this.

Hi @wkisielewicz, this is a great idea, but it would need to happen in our gregcaporaso/build-iab, as those links would need to be inserted at build time. That project isn't very well-documented. It would be great if you wanted to give it a shot, but if you get hung up we can just leave this as an open issue here for us to address. Thanks a lot for your interest in contributing!

Ok, thanks! Let me know if you need any input. I will warn you though - that codebase is pretty ugly. If you have a hard time figuring it out, it's definitely our fault, not yours. We're planning to clean it up at some point, but have been heavily focused on QIIME 2 for the last few months, so haven't got around to it.
