We have tried to connect to a github repo with SSH) on port 443 (the standard port 22 is blocked in our network).
It was very hard to configure argocd to get the access.
We have tried different things (e.g. #9827) before it works.
I don't find much information in the docs.
Our Solution
ssh://...
url style, especially for github repos this urls look like this:ssh://git@ssh.github.com:443/USERNAME/REPO.git
GitHub Docsssh.github.com
; normally argocd comes only with the standard github.com known hosts; we must explicit add the keys forssh.github.com
on port 443 (e.g. via argocd's UI):Maybe there is an other (easier) way to connect to github repo with SSH over HTTPS?
