Is it possible to use namespace as a EventSource resource?

I'd like to create default resources into newly created namespace.
Spec (https://github.com/argoproj/argo-events/blob/master/api/event-source.md#resourceeventsource) requires namespace value that resource is deployed.
How can i use a namespace as a EventSource resource?
