cant get my laser to work

hi I have just purchased a laser master2 engraver but I cant get the laser to work, I am very new to this, I have built it together, it moves but no red dot to show the beam? any ideas

which software use ?....and look if in grbl set you have set the laser to 1 in line $32 in grbl

it says in $$32 laser-mode enable , vaule 1, unit boolean, despription, enables laser mode consective G1/2/3 commants will not halt when spindle speed is changed

thank you I have added all the extra buttons but still not having the beam working. it arm moves as if it is doing the lasering but no beam works. very frustrated any other ideas please

When using the button to turn on laser for focusing or laser blink On/Off it does work but after we load an image in it will reposition itself to that location begin the movements as if its lasering but the laser itself wont turn on at that point. As it turns on during the focus/blink I assume it's one of the settings in GBRL configuration this is what I have set.

I am having the same problem it was working fine for about a week and a half and now it will not burn but it will still run through the cycle like it is doing it. I can't figure out what has happen to the system or burn which ever one it is
