Upload Panel custom localization spellcheck shown on click

Browser treats Upload drop area as a text input field and highlights spelling errors according to current browser spellcheck language dictionary.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open chat window
2. Click Upload button
   • Upload Panel shows
3. Click into Upload Panel drop area

Expected behavior

• no spellcheck errors shown

Actual behavior

• spellcheck errors underlined
