Add metadata when signing up. Currently missing.

The UseSignUpOptions for useSignUp hook is missing the option to add metadata. Supabase allows extra data to be sent as part of the sign up process something alike.

    {
	    email: 'johndoe@gmail.com',

    {
	    data: {
		    username: 'johndoe,
	    },
    });

Would just need to change the config type to

export type UseSignUpOptions = {
    redirectTo?: string,
    data?: object
}

in order to match Supabase's signature.
