RDK 0.17.0 has been released.

Here's an overview of the new features:

• Deploy rules to all resource types: RDK now supports the special resource type "ALL" which will deploy a CI-based rule to all supported resource types.

• Allow account exclusion: Organization rules now support excluding specific accounts, such as the management account.

• Python 3.11 support (RDK 3.11 support coming soon...)

• The Description field can now be passed at the RDK Create command line.

• The --control-tower flag now assumes that a Config bucket exists.

• 19 additional resource types have been added.

• Documentation and validation for Lambdas with specific subnets/SGs has been improved.
