Search errors

I love the ability to search and the box in the upper left corner is great. So much so that I use it as much as anything else. I added a couple of collections that are kinda not standard compared with the others and now I'm getting errors on that search. In the past, when I started typing it populated the choices as I typed. At any point I could hit Enter and the results would be all the items where I stopped typing. Now unless there's only one choice left, when I hit Enter I get the Oops error page. I don't know if it's related to the new collections I added or not at this point. The logs show nothing. I'm running 1.5.16 now in a docker container.

I just discovered that one of the 4 collections I have (about 77 items) was inaccessible and I kept getting the Oops error page. I could still access the items because they were tagged, but a few attempts to edit items, all I got was the Oops page and everything was inaccessible. I tried to restore the containers, but no go. I had to revert 1.5.13 and everything works again. Not sure what the issue is and the logs show nothing unusual. Close this out until the next problem comes up and maybe there will be more to work with.
