Hi ben,
I am currently encountering this issue, using the example data MiSeq_SOP provided by the official website （dada2）and running it according to the code provided by the website. I encountered a problem in calculating the error rate, and I don't know what the situation is. Could you please help me solve it?

Hi, I can't see the image you uploaded, it just lists "Uploading image.png".
