Vioscreen food reports, and more tweaks

• allow for showing the Vioscreen topfoods report (see #49)
• fix profile editing issue where the wrong state was shown (see #59)
• ask for an FFQ right after recording a sample (see #58)

• Many general UI updates based on user interface testing and feedback
