Errors in mop_preprocess are not reported by email.

Hi, what does it mean? To have a reporting about failed runs we suggest using tower.

A handy approach could be using msmtp https://afreshcloud.com/sysadmin/send-server-reports-by-email-with-msmtp-and-gmail-smtp and plug it somehow with Nextflow: https://gist.github.com/hatewx/a3a1ec881437f25d5346100b4e981c3d
