Hi all,

currently, MOP does not output the tables generated by the demultiplexing software (deeplexicon or seqtagger). Having them would be great if you want to apply more stringent filtering criteria later. They can be retrieved by going into the individual working directories but it is a bit cumbersome. I think it would be a nice enhancement.
