Error: Input required and not supplied: env

Hello, since I switched to v1.0.0 (and +) (I was formerly on v0.4.3) my workfile gets stuck at this step how can I solve this (I'm not very comfortable with GitHub action).

I use this action to deploy a site coded with the Hugo framework on vercel. I just got the workflow from a tutorial but as I set up Dependabot it suggests an update I would like to do (if it is possible)

Ok, so I made a few changes to my workflow and it's working. I've upgraded to v1.4.0 and everything is OK.
