Study Creation
Click "+ Add a Study" which will ask you to log in if you have not already.
Either login with your google account or create an account for the portal.
After log in you will be brought to a page which allows you to add new studies or access studies you own. Click on "+ New Study" to start adding a new study.
Give your study a name and describe the study. The description will be prominent on the portal and will be the main way to communicate to others the focus and design of your study. You are welcome to add your abstract, pictures, links or other items to create a rich understanding of your science.
Indicate if the study is private (only seen by the authors and those given permission) or public (seen by all).
Select a time in the calendar after when data associated with the study can be downloaded. This is not a required step. Private data is always private, no matter embargo status. This only affects public data.
Click "Create Study"
