Windows spotlight not working anymore.

After using ThisIsWin11 and "Fix Issues" my Windows spotlight (Wallpaper and Lockscreen) no longer work.
I tried Restore Defaults on everything but it doesn't work anymore.
All there is left to do is format the PC or install Dynamic Theme App from the Windows store.

After restoring this one to default (Apps running in the background) I can use Spotlight again on Lockscreen and Desktop

This didn't work for me, any other suggestions?
I just can't get lockscreen to use windows spotlight or even pick pictures from a folder i pick myself.
