When developing pipelines sometimes recycle can get in the way and so there should be a tip that tells users to use the --no-recycle.

If you are editting a method in a pipeline, recycle may keep around outputs from a previous run of that method where you hadn't made those changes. If people test with --no-recycle this will not happen.
