🎺 FEAT: POPUP UI

The full (tentative) plan is to move the core logic (snip, speed, seek, and future features) into the action/popup UI. We will start with the fundamentals (this feature), and subsequent releases will include media keys (play/pause, seek, next/back, heart, block). Eventually we should get to the core logic

1. Displaying the current track (name & artists) and track/album cover image
2. Moving the chorus's toggle logic into the popup ui since clicking on the action ui will now only focus/unfocus the popup.

Efforts have been made to closely resemble the browser's default media popup ui - at least background colours for now. Sometimes it's almost 1:1, but occasionally, it's hard to determine how chrome determines what colour to set the background and text colours. Currently experimenting with setting the dominant colour in the cover art to be the background, and text colour to be the most accessible colour based on the cover art's colour palette. 🤷‍♂️
