Device type driver for Everspring Temperature Sensor ST814

Issues:

  1. This version is hard-coded to configure the sensor to report temp/humidity every 8 minutes.
  2. Can only be installed from developer control panel after connection the device through the default (and erroneous) Smartsense Moisture
  3. By default the device sleeps for about 45 minutes and wakes for a short time. This makes it tricky to send the configuration message to the device to tell it to report every 8 minutes. It needs to be done within 10 seconds of inclusion.
