Doxygen FreeOSEK Manual is present in source code but is not built with "make doxygen"

The doxygen documentation page about FreeOSEK that is located in

modules/rtos/doc/FreeOSEK.doc

is not built along with the rest of the more current doxygen project documentation when executing "make doxygen".

Since most of the information that can be found in that document is either deprecated or can be found in newer project documents (like this one), the manual should be either updated to reflect the current state of the source code, or be removed from the distribution source.

However, at least some of the information in FreeOSEK.pdf does not seem to exist anywhere else but in this document. Specifically, the sections "Dependencies to every platform" and "Porting FreeOSEK to new platforms" seem to still contain some relevant information that as far as I know has not been replicated in any other document.
