Unexpected behavior when removing overlaped annotation

For instance, with the following configuration:

If I remove the blue annotation, red one will have a strange behavior when trying to move it, and the annotation cannot be deleted. I think there is an issue with the update of the overlaping graph, which handle the way annotations are displayed on the interface.
