Adding support for locales

Hey team!

We are planning to start using this java client, primarily the help center methods. All of the HC endpoints require a locale, thus we were hoping to have locales added to the client (see API docs).

We'd need this done in a timely fashion - we were thinking of either forking this repo, or preferably, PRing it ourselves. Is your team open to this?
