There should be a column to show the DPS of all combatants over the last X seconds, probably 60 seconds would be good.

Describe alternatives you've considered
This would be a different form of "pDPS" which is a measurement of players since they joined the quest. This new DPS column would be a good way to compare players fairly given that some join the quest late.
