Import Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District land holdings into OpenHistoricalMap #30

The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District maintains a GIS layer of its land holdings, including dedication dates. The features also have unit names, but in case that’s inadequate, there’s also an undated layer of preserve boundaries. Midpen is a special district, so its works are in the public domain under state law. Similar to @impiaaa’s recent import of San José parks, the addition of Midpen’s green protected areas will make the map look a lot less blank and help users orient themselves on the map.

Midpen also maintains a couple other relevant GIS layers that have partial coverage of start dates, but they’re a lot less impactful than the land holding dataset above:
