Since the import of San José’s historic boundaries into OpenHistoricalMap in #28, the city has annexed three additional parcels on three separate occasions, so we’ll need to put an end_date on the most recent boundary, add three more boundaries that are mostly identical, and add them to the chronology relation.
Additionally, ten annexations including these three have been modified since the initial import. Accounting for these changes may be trickier, depending on what changed. Hopefully we still have a copy of the baseline dataset around.
