Map San José affordable housing

The San José Housing Department maintains a dataset of affordable housing projects within the city. Each listing includes:

• Address
• Property manager (operator)
• Date of construction (start_date in OpenHistoricalMap)
• Smoking policy (smoking)
• Pet policy (pets)

There’s also a dataset of similar information, but at a glance it seems to be outdated with less reliable name and date fields. Nevertheless, it could be useful for geolocating any addresses from portal listings that we haven’t mapped yet.
